  Boot-Pictures

  Here is a picture suitable as boot-pic with a program such as BootScreen or 
  similar. It is in the PAL format.

  This picture was converted from its GIF original which can found in the wustl archives 
  in the multimedia section. I think it is more interesting to display a picture which is 
  aesthetically pleasing rather than something which tells the owner what chip set he/she is 
  working with (they should know this anyway!).

  I have also included a short program that I found with another package on the aminet. It stops
  that annoying jumping of the bootpic as the prefs are loaded into the system. This program 
  reads the overscan-prefs and uses this information to display the bootpic. What you get is no 
  jumping of the bootpic. It's called FixJump, by AlienDesign, and is found in the C drawer.
